Navigating the new political landscape can be challenging, whether at the statehouse or on the campaign trail. Forward Thinking Solutions was created to help campaigns, non-profits, and public officials reach their goals faster while ensuring an equitable and diverse work environment.
Built on experience.
Our founder, Sasha, grew up in a state that tried to suppress her identity and keep her down. She had to fight back against oppressive systems and forge a path of her own. Building on her own experience and joining the voices of other marginalized youth, Sasha and her peers were able to create more inclusive spaces and help defeat hateful legislation.
Since then, Sasha has been a loud voice for marginalized groups, especially the Transgender Community, pioneering a new approach to coaching industry leaders in politics, government, sales, and philanthropy. She focuses on the experiences behind the workplace leaders' decisions and coaches them as they unpack and analyze those decisions. This has led to organizational growth, policy change, and financial success for the projects she has been involved in. Sasha uses this experience to bring this same level of development to her clients and the world while developing new strategies for the ever-changing world.
